Martin T. Quigley
Managing Partner at Bravura Partners, Martin has been a professional leader for nearly 30 years. He has a particular interest in the intersection between positive thinking and organizational excellence. He believes that success is best achieved through empowerment, clear direction, and focus. Martin’s direct reports describe his leadership style as democratic and highly emphatic, with a focus on making commitments in a collaborative fashion.
His background includes work experience at Deloitte Consulting, Parker Hannifin, Firth Rixson, and several divisions of Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC, a Berkshire Hathaway holding). His roles have included executive and general management positions in manufacturing operations, crisis management, investment banking, and business development. Martin has managed P&L’s of over US$500 million in sales across multinational business operations in the UK, Europe, East Asia and the Indian Subcontinent. He brings broad business-to-business proficiency to his assignments, as well as in depth practical experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and post-close integrations.
Martin’s educational background includes a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University, a Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering also from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Martin and his wife have four children and live on the New Hampshire Seacoast just north of Boston.

Mark Wheeler
Senior Partner at Bravura Partners, Mark has been an entrepreneur and business owner for more than 30 years. He believes that successful ventures rely on management that maintains a vision of the future and a commitment to continual operational and financial improvement.
He co-founded and managed three very different ventures. The first company was a final mile logistics and transportation company in Moscow, Russia where he was the VP of Finance. Mark gained important experience in budgeting, pricing, logistics, human resources, and overcoming cultural barriers. The second company that he co-founded was a private label consumer electronics company in Moscow, Russia. This company sourced all its products from East Asia, packaged all products under its own brand, and sold its products to Russian retailers. At this company Mark further developed his logistics and supply chain management skills, financial management, and pricing experience. The third company he founded was an internet retailer in Exeter, New Hampshire that sold Bluetooth accessories on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and through the company’s own website. Mark gained valuable experience in online advertising, inventory management, safety certification, and trademark registration.
Mark’s educational background includes a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Mark lived and worked in Moscow, Russia for 15 years and is fluent in Russian. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and China related to product sourcing, logistics and supply chain management, and factory inspections for quality assurance confirmation. Mark and his wife live on the New Hampshire Seacoast just north of Boston.

Nikhil Sathe
Nikhil Sathe, a Managing Director at Bravura Partners, brings three decades of insight to our firm as a 3PL Thought Leader and Light-Asset Domain Expert. He has over 25 years of chief executive experience including the roles of CFO and COO within fast-paced and high growth-oriented logistics companies in Canada and the United States. Nikhil has been an effective investment banker for nearly a decade with an extensive network built on his many years working in the logistics arena. His background of having been an operator and a banker together makes him among the rarest of resources in the industry.
Further to his experience in North America, Nikhil’s operating role with Air Express International in South Africa alongside several years of experience with light asset freight brokers, freight forwarders, as well as warehousing and fulfillment companies have given him a global spectrum of knowledge from which to draw. All in all, Nikhil’s unique work history positions him to be both an advisor to our clients as well as the ultimate deal closer.
Nikhil’s background also includes roles at KPMG, Kelron Logistics, and Genpro. As an added advantage to Bravura’s client base, his financial experience adds to his extraordinary combination of skills, allowing Nikhil to see past P&L’s into the true operating center of any organization. This enables him to create the optimal value proposition for any client given his ability to view a transaction from any and all angles.
Equally impressive to his work experience is Nikhil’s educational background, which includes a CA from India, a CPA from the United States, and an Executive MBA from Queens School of Business in Canada. Nikhil also has a Bachelors of Commerce and Bachelors of Laws from Pune University in India.
Nikhil has been married to his wife Gouri for nearly 40 years and currently resides in Toronto, Canada. He is an avid golfer, loves to sing and play music, and of course enjoys travel.

Mark Weyna
Specializing in driving Operational Excellence and strategic organizational improvement, Mark has a proven 30+ year track record as a global general manager and operations executive with deep industry experience delivering sustainable results across Manufacturing Operations, R&D, Program Management, Customer Success and Quality functions for world-class organizations, including GE, Philips and Siemens. He has also stood-up US operations for United Imaging, supporting their high-growth and IPO, and has worked with Private Equity, supporting restructuring, strategic planning, M&A due-diligence and operations turn-arounds.
He is a high-energy, transformational leader and laser-focused change agent who thrives on challenges and builds and inspires top-performing multinational teams and cultures with high engagement. He has a reputation for improving process technology and quality, and developing and executing strategies that drive strong and sustainable contributions to top- and bottom-line results across start-up, turn-around and high-growth organizations. Mark has an extensive background in Medical Devices and significant global experience in Asia and Europe.
Mark has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a graduate of GE’s Manufacturing Management Program and has extensive training, certifications and experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Engineering, Change Management and General Management.
Mark and his wife have two children and currently lives in the greater Seattle area.

Kit McCormick
Partner at Bravura Partners, Kit’s track record includes the study, the practice, and the coaching of her clients on the art of entrepreneurship and how to start, grow, and sustain a small business. She was a partner in two market research firms, and owned and operated a full-service restaurant. Kit has taught entrepreneurship at the college and graduate levels, and she has been a coach and advisor to small business owners for over three decades. She understands the commitment and passion that owning and running a new business requires, not to mention where entrepreneurs can secure the private and public lending necessary to grow.
Kit’s current consulting focus is to help new and existing entrepreneurs understand and conquer their challenges and achieve their goals, from helping small businesses navigate funding options, to making the smartest hiring decisions. Always considering personal growth and values of her clients, she uses market assessment and financial tools to help guide owners’ decisions and growth directions. Listening, empathy and problem solving are among Kit’s superpowers.
Kit holds a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration both from the University of New Hampshire. She currently lives in the beautiful Seacoast region of New Hampshire with her husband and the family’s rescue dog, Willow.
